Week 8 Slow return to training

My coach, Fran, has given me  a gradual return to training. This week he wanted me to get the rest I needed and to eat well. The next phase of training is going to pick up.

Here is the training plan for week 8

Mon 31 may 1.5k swim as 3x500m (1min)

Tues 1 june 45mins turbo at 90rpm
Wed 2 june 1h easy run

Thurs 3 june turbo session as 10mins wu/10mins hard (80%-85%)/10mins easy/10mins hard/5mins cd
Fri 4 june swim as 200m wu/ ms 10x100m fast (10 second)/ 200m cd

Sat 5 june off

Sun 6 june Off
